Meredith is an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) with a strong foundation in neonatal intensive care, having spent many years as a NICU nurse before advancing to the NNP role. Her clinical interests include neonatal resuscitation, management of extremely low birth weight infants, and family-centered care in the NICU setting. She is passionate about improving outcomes for high-risk newborns through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate support for families.

Meredith believes in a holistic, patient- and family-centered approach to care, emphasizing communication, empathy, and advocacy for both the infant and their loved ones during vulnerable times.

She is an active member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner’s (NANNP) and the Academy of Neonatal Nurses (ANN), where she continues to engage in professional development and mentoring of new neonatal clinicians.
