With over 25 years of experience in Neonatology, Kim Krueger is a seasoned Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, passionate about delivering compassionate, expert care to newborns and their families. She is an active member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses and the Arizona Nurses Association. Her dedication to service includes volunteering with 1040i on surgical missions to Africa and supporting her local community through Vineyard North Phoenix Church, where she is part of the Women’s Group event set up crew .

Family is central to her life—she’s a proud mother of three and grandmother of four. An outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in hiking, water sports, and traveling to new places with her loved ones. She has climbed both Pike’s Peak and Machu Picchu, always seeking out meaningful adventures and memories, especially with her grandchildren. Whether in the NICU or on the trail, she brings energy, heart, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
