Lauren Raponi is a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who has been dedicated to the NICU for the past nine years. It’s an honor to provide care and support to these tiny babies and their families during some of the most vulnerable and emotional times of their lives.
Lauren started off earning her degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013, but she always knew she wanted to become a nurse. That passion was sparked early on as her cousin was born with congenital heart disease and spent several months in the NICU. Seeing the compassionate, expert care she received—and the impact it had on her family—inspired her to follow the same path. Lauren earned her BSN in 2015 and her MSN in 2022, both from Regis University in Colorado.
Lauren’s clinical interests include family-centered care, interprofessional teamwork, and clear, compassionate communication within the healthcare team. She believes that strong relationships, mutual respect, and shared goals are essential to providing the highest quality care and achieving the best outcomes for her patients and families.
Lauren recently relocated to Arizona from Denver and has been enjoying the sunshine and playing golf as her new hobby. Traveling and spending quality time with friends and family are some of her favorite ways to recharge.
