Cathy is passionate about her work in Neonatology and strives to build trusting relationships with the families of our precious patients. She treats the patient and family with empathy and compassion, focusing on the individual needs of every patient. She updates her knowledge by seeking the latest data regarding Neonatology by attending conferences and researching current literature. She is proud to be a mentor for the NNP students assigned to her NICU. Cathy is a Native Phoenician and served in the US Air Force as an Officer in Charge of an Aeromedical Unit.

In her free time, Cathy enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Global builds; camping, kayaking, traveling and spending quality time with her family; especially her 3 grandchildren. She is an avid Diamondbacks Fan.
