Opportunity Highlights:

- Off 178 Days per year (~6 months)
- All call is from home with in-house APP’s support at each facility

Opportunity Details:
- Staffing Model: 8 Neonatologists/31 APPs
- Team dynamic is collaborative and collegial with a strong focus on quality, education, stewardship, and team engagement.
- Continuity of care with 1 or 2 week rotation blocks. Neos round during the day with APP’s
- Call from home at night w/ 30-min response time with in-house APP’s support
- Predictability: Map out entire year schedule and make swaps as needed with teammates.
- Rotate between facilities for both Level 3 and Level 2 balance.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
