Neonatologist (MD/DO)

Opportunity Highlights:

Opportunity Details: 

  • Staffing Model: 8 Neonatologists/31 APPs
  • Team dynamic is collaborative and collegial with a strong focus on quality, education, stewardship, and team engagement.
  • Continuity of care with 1 or 2 week rotation blocks. Neos round during the day with APP’s
  • Call from home at night w/ 30-min response time with in-house APP’s support
  • Predictability: Map out entire year schedule and make swaps as needed with teammates.
  • Rotate between facilities for both Level 3 and Level 2 balance.

Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
