Amanda is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a deep passion for caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable patients in the NICU. She started working as a bedside NICU nurse right out of college and then has since worked for over a decade as a neonatal nurse practitioner. She believes that forming meaningful relationships with families is just as important as the care provided at the bedside, and she strives to support, educate, and empower families.

Her love for the NICU extends beyond patient care-she is also a natural mentor and teacher, regularly guiding new nurses, students, and advanced practice providers. Her dedication to life- long learning and professional development has made her a respected leader and a source of support within the NICU team.

When not working in the NICU, Amanda is hanging out with her husband, two kids, and two cats. She enjoys working out and reading.
